Automatic Monthly Payments

New Payment Portal

City of Turlock has updated our customer portal in partnership with Tyler Technologies. All customers will need to register a new account in the new payment portal.

Your previous username and password will not work on the new portal.

If you are a current auto-pay customer, your account will continue to be paid until 12/31/2025. Please register for autopay on the new account before this date to avoid nonpayment.

In order to manage your utility account, including automatic monthly payments, you will need a City of Turlock Web Account. You can register a new account, or if you already have an account, you must log in to access your account.
