Due to current budget constraints and the affected staffing levels, the current status of maintenance around Turlock will see an impact. We may no longer be able to quickly respond to maintenance related requests unless it is an immediate hazard to the public. All maintenance requests are prioritized based on the nature of the work and the risk to the public. We will continue to prioritize immediate hazards and address all other maintenance related issues as resources allow.

Due to a reduction in Parks maintenance staffing levels, the park mowing schedule has changed. It is our goal that Broadway Park, Columbia Park, Crane Park and Donnelly Park be mowed every two weeks. All other parks will be mowed on a 3-week rotation. This schedule is subject to change, depending on workload and equipment status. Other park maintenance requests may be delayed due to reduced staffing as well. Staffing levels may also affect our response to irrigation issues in our parks. You may see some dry spots depending on how quickly we can make the necessary repairs. We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
