Rate Adjustments to Turlock Sewer Services
The current City of Turlock sewer system treats residential, commercial, industrial waste for the residents of Turlock, waste from the Community Service Districts of Keyes and Denair as well as a portion of the City of Ceres. The collection network and treatment facility require maintenance, replacement, and refurbishment to minimize the risk of overflows, blockages, and other problems that can lead to compliance issues and service interruption. Potential rate adjustments will ensure our wastewater system continues to operate effectively and protect public health.

California Competes Funding for Businesses
California Competes Tax Credit Application (CCTC) is an income tax credit available to businesses planning to locate or expand in California and create quality, full-time jobs that might not otherwise be created by the applicant or another business. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis between July 21st, 2025 through March 16, 2026. A total of $922 million is available.

Current ADA Transition Plan and Self-Evaluation Project
At the City of Turlock, we believe every resident deserves to experience our community fully, and we are committed to creating a more accessible, welcoming environment for people of all abilities. We're currently looking at: Advancing the citywide ADA evaluation. Collecting field data in public spaces. Reviewing curb ramps, refugee islands, push-buttons, and sidewalks. Identifying mobility and ADA barriers. Assessing City buildings, facilities, and parks. Using data to guide future accessibility upgrades.
