Luis Contreras, 26 years, and Ralph Meyer, 46 years, kicked in a door to a residence, surprising the people inside. When they started yelling, the suspects fled, jumping over fences. Officers moved into the area and a detective in a plain car spotted and detained both suspects. Both were positively ID’d and arrested for burglary.
