| Officer contacted Adam Vasconcellos (25yrs) who was obviously intoxicated as he stumbled and could not stand on his own. He was arrested for public intoxication. Officers transported Vasconcellos to the Men’s Jail. While enroute to the jail, Vasconcellos slipped his cuffs and began kicking the door and window to the patrol car. Officers attempted to stop him, pulling over and opening the back car door. Vasconcellos lunged at one of the officers, grabbed him by the throat and started violently fighting. Vasconcellos was subdued after a struggle. Vasconcellos was booked, there were no serious injuries to officers. |

He ran to a car waiting in the parking lot, but his friends figured out what was doing and refused to leave or let him in the car. He then fled on foot. The friends were cooperative. | Dispatch received a call of a vehicle, with two subjects inside, who were said to have been dealing narcotics in the parking lot. Officers later found the car near Golden State/Olive. A stop was conducted and individually wrapped bindles of methamphetamine were found. Benjamin Rosas (20yrs) and Zachary Morris (25yrs) were booked. |
