Jorge Grajeda (26yrs) was wanted by Ceres PD for a Domestic Assault that had just occurred. They contacted Turlock PD, with information he was en route home in a taxi to Turlock. Officers set up on the residence and the taxi arrived. Grajeda was arrested and Ceres PD picked him up.

Souvanna Khounlivong (35yrs) reportedly jumped into and stole a City of Turlock work truck, while the City employee was completing some maintenance. Officers located the truck at Golden State/Canal and attempted a traffic stop. The driver failed to stop and led officers on a pursuit through Turlock, onto Hwy 99 and into Ceres. She eventually pulled over and was arrested.

A call was received of a subject involved in an argument with himself. John Thiebold (45yrs) was located and arrested for public intoxication. As the officer was driving him to the jail, Thiebold's mood escalated and he started thrashing about in the back of the car. Due to the heavy intoxication, he was taken to the hospital. Preliminary Blood Alcohol Testing revealed that he was a .289, possibly combined with unknown meds. He was released from custody and admitted to the hospital.

A male subject was caught on video getting out of a vehicle, running into the store, and stealing two 18-Packs of beer before running back out to the awaiting vehicle and speeding off. Officers are following up and would like to talk to a person of interest, Joshua Cuyno (29yrs).
