An officer heard sounds of a car horn blaring. He moved in to investigate and found Michael Halsor (24yrs). He was in the car, involved in a domestic disturbance. He had injured the woman and refused to let her out of the vehicle. When officers attempted to arrest him, he led the officers on a foot pursuit. He was located approximately 1/2 mile away and was arrested.
