Since 1998, Blast has provided a fast, safe, and economical way to travel around Turlock for work, school, appointments, and shopping. Routes are designed to meet the needs and convenience of as many passengers as possible and help ease the demands of living in today’s fast paced culture.
Rules to Ride By
BLAST Rules will be enforced to provide an enjoyable ride for every passenger and violations may result in immediate suspension of riding privileges. Some of these rules are part of California Penal Code Section 640, and violations may result in a $250 fine.
No smoking, eating or drinking is allowed on the bus.
Food and beverages must be in closed containers and carried in a bag. Carry on items limited to what can be carried on in one trip.
Strollers and carriages must be folded and kept out of the aisle.
Children under nine (9) years old must be accompanied by someone aged sixteen (16) years or older.
Shoes and a shirt must be worn while on the bus.
Radios or sound equipment with headphones are allowed only if the sound cannot be heard by others.
No animals are allowed on the bus, except for service animals (guide dogs, etc).
Weapons of any kind are not allowed on the bus.
Any use of loud or harsh language, profanity, and any otherwise unruly behavior such as littering, spitting, or applying graffiti of any type will not be tolerated in BLAST buses or at bus stops.
