Periodically, the City of Turlock may, in the course of providing greater service to the community, purchase or sell parcels of land. Usually, purchases are done as part of a capital or infrastructure project or in cooperation with the City of Turlock Redevelopment Agency.

The City of Turlock may also sell property that no longer meets a specific need or serves the community as it was intended.
